Shri Dadapatil Rajale Shikshan Sanstha was established in 1991 by the visionary leader Late Dadapatil Rajale Saheb with the noble objective of promoting education in drought-prone rural areas and uplifting socially and economically weaker sections through access to quality education. The trust has been consistently working towards spreading education and creating opportunities for rural youth to achieve academic and professional excellence. The foundation of Loknete Appasaheb Rajale College of Pharmacy is inspired by the dream of Late Rajivji Rajale, who envisioned providing technical and professional education to students from rural backgrounds and empowering them to build successful careers. In the academic year 2023–24, under the dynamic leadership and guidance of Hon. Appasaheb Rajale, Hon. Monikatai Rajale (Trustee and MLA, Shevgaon–Pathardi constituency), and Hon. Rahuldada Rajale, Loknete Appasaheb Rajale College of Pharmacy, Adinathnagar, located on Shevgaon–Ahilyanagar State Highway at Kasar Pimpalgaon, Tal. Pathardi, Dist. Ahilyanagar, was established with the aim of delivering quality pharmaceutical education to rural and semi-urban students.

The institute offers Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) and Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) programs with an approved intake capacity of 60 students each, focusing on developing competent, skilled, and ethical pharmacy professionals.
