Women Grievance Redressal Cell

The Women Grievance Redressal Cell is constituted to provide a safe, secure, respectful and inclusive environment for all women students and employees of the institute. The committee addresses grievances related to gender discrimination, harassment and other issues affecting the dignity and well-being of women on the campus. The committee works towards promoting awareness, ensuring confidentiality and taking appropriate action whenever required.

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for women students and staff.
  • Receive and address grievances related to women in a fair and confidential manner.
  • Promote awareness regarding women's rights and gender equality.
  • Recommend suitable corrective and preventive measures to the institute.
  • Ensure timely enquiry and appropriate action on genuine complaints.
  • Encourage a culture of mutual respect and dignity within the campus.
